PRODUCTION PROCESS
- The meat is brined with milk and natural flavors, then rests marinating for almost two days.
- Each breast is manually tied with strings using a needle, then put in a baking dish.
- The breasts are cooked for almost 11 hours, then rapidly cooled to preserve all soness and delicate flavors.
